My sweet little Toady,
It is very very good to hear from you again! Thank you for the new pictures of you, they are wonderful. I've attached another picture of me, too. It may come as a surprise to you, but I have a side career as a rap recording artist under the name "Knucklehead". It's a real departure from my primary career in music, you might compare it to David Johansson's alter ego Buster Poindexter, or Chris Gaines, a fictional alternative rock singer created as an alter ego for a movie project titled The Lamb by Garth Brooks, according to Wikipedia.
Anyway, here is a photo of me as Knucklehead. This picture was also taken with my friends at my favorite female hostel.
I was just about to write to you, I've been working on my next email newsletter to my fans and I talk about you, but I want to run it by you first, to see if you approve this message, I might be getting a little too personal, it's hard for me to judge these things, I kind of have Tourette's Syndrome of the fingers, ha ha. It's tricky when it comes to both rock and roll, your fans want to know every little detail of your life, they think they own you, and if they think you have let them down, they go all Mark David Chapman on your ass, you know what I mean? But what can you do?
Anyway, here's the draft, let me know what you think. I will be polishng it up some more before I send it to my mailing list, but I think it's good enough to share with a trusted friend like you!

I thought when people learned about my upcoming tour of Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, and India, they'd want to get on board, and sure enough, I've been showered with offers of financial assistance. Dr. Robort Sawadogo of the Bank of Africa, and Mr. Fred Dickson of Santos Finance Firm, and Mr. Cox Billy (apparently representing himself) are putting together competing financial packages for my upcoming tour, and I'm weighing all my options, looking for the best deal. As a loyal fan, you know that that you expect the best value for your money, and that's what I always try to deliver!
I'm pretty excited about this trip, Mr. Adebayo Shamsudeen is making all the arrangements, as soon as I get the money together, I'll send it to him, and he will take care of everything - bookings, travel to the venues, shelter, meals, promotion... he's very kind.
On another front, It's cute, but I think I there's a bit of rivalry between a couple of women there to be my girlfriend. Miss.Jessica Kipkalya Kones has kindly provided me with contact information with Dr. Sawadog, I think she's kind of sweet on me, she asked me to call her by her nickname, "Toady." She sent me a couple of pictures of her, which I've attached - she sure doesn't look like a toad to me!
And Toni Payne of Nigerian Entertainment Magazine has been very helpful as well, I think maybe it goes beyond a professional interest - check out her picture on their website, isn't she a beauty:

Any way, on the financing of the tour, it's hard for me to know which of these busy businessmen I should go with. Do you think that's where the word business comes from - people in business are always busy, aren't they? I am considering a contest... fans, vote for Dr. Sawadogo or Mr. Dickson or Mr. Billy - who do you think should be my financial partner in this tour? Maybe if you win, you get to go on the tour with us, and help me repay my loan. I'm just spitballing here, maybe you have a better idea, write me if you do, you know I love to hear from my fans!
