remains on holiday in Wyoming. Condoleezza Rice, the Secretary of
State, returned to Washington after being seen shopping for $7,000
shoes in Manhattan as New Orleans went under.

Astonishing, isn't it? people remember a statement of callous
indifference that Marie Antoinette DIDN'T say centuries ago... but
they think a woman who really did display almost unbelievably cruel
indifference just months ago should be president!
There is no better evidence that I can think of to demonstrate that
every 18 months people are becoming half as intelligence.
