  LETTER OF AGREEMENT

 

Attention Matt Love,

Business Loan of $50,000.00 USD

Your request for a Loan. This letter serves as a bond between the Lender (Fred Dickson) and the Borrower (Matt Love)

The loan

I am pleased to make available to you, at your request, a loan in the principal sum of $50,000.00 upon the terms and conditions of this letter. The loan shall be repaid together with interest on it on payment due date Starting from 1st month after loan has been transferred irrespective of whether formally demanded or not. You may repay the loan or any part of it early but may not re-borrow any amount so repaid.

Interest on loan

The principal amount of the loan outstanding from time to time will carry interest at the rate of 3 % per annum accruing daily and payable in arrears. In the event that you default in the payment or repayment on the due date of any sum from time to time due under this letter, interest will accrue on a daily basis (payable on demand) on the amount in respect of which default has been made from the date of default until actual payment (both before and after judgment) at the rate of 3 % per annum.

Repayment of loan

You will make all payments due and payable under or in respect of the loan for value on the due date in freely transferable funds to the Business Organisation as I may from time to time notify you in writing. If any payment becomes due on a day which is not a day on which banks are generally open for business in the city of London England, the due date of such payment will be extended to the next business day. You will make all payments under or in respect of the loan without set-off or counterclaim and free and clear of any withholding or deduction for or on account of tax, save as may be required by law.

Security

The loan shall be unsecured. Therefore you will be required to provide an Insurance Certificate security to secure the loan. On the Contrary the Title of the insurance on the loan amount.

Acceleration of loan

Notwithstanding the above provisions of this letter, the loan and all interest on it will become due and payable or repayable forthwith on demand by the Business Board if (i) you fail to pay any sum under this letter when due or you are in breach of any other provision of this letter; or (ii) you are in default under any other financial obligation to any person; or (iii) you become bankrupt or you make or seek an arrangement with your creditors; or (iv) any distress or execution is levied on or affects your property or assets; or (v) you die; or (vi) by reason of illness or incapacity you become incapable of managing your own affairs or you become a patient under any mental health legislation.

Notices

Any demand or notice in respect of this letter and/or the loan will be in writing and (without prejudice to any other effective means of serving it) will be served to you via e-mails. Any such demand or notice sent by post shall be deemed to have been received at the opening of business on the first working day following the day on which it was posted, even if returned undelivered. But preferably, all notices will be sent through e-mails.

Loan Rates and Repayment Schedule.

Loan Balance:  $50,000.00 

Adjusted Loan Balance:  $50,000.00 

Loan Interest Rate:  3.00%

Loan Fees:  0.00%

Loan Term:  5 years

Minimum Payment:  $0.00   

 

Monthly Loan Payment: $898.43 

Number of Payments:  60  

 

Cumulative Payments:  $53,906.09 

Total Interest Paid:  $3,906.09   

Note: The monthly loan payment was calculated at 59 payments of $898.43 plus a final payment of $898.72. 

MISECELLANEOUS LOAN AGREEMENT/CONDITIONS:

{1}The applicant will start the repayment of loan at the end of every month starting from 1st month after loan has been transferred.

{2} Failure to pay back the loan at this expected date/period, legal actions will be taken against the applicant by our attorney immediately.

{3} Applicant who is unable to meet with the repayment will be given 6 months more as a grace period before legal actions will be taken.

{4}Insurance process shall be carried out on the loan. Expenses is on both parties (Both lender and borrower),

Expected of you is to scan a copy of your International passport or Drivers license to hold against the loan, insurance process will commence immediately on the loan. At the end of this process, approval of the loan will not be a problem. Once the loan has been approved you will be instructed to provide to this office your banking Information's to enable the swift transfer to you.

Do get back to me as soon as possible if you are in agreement with the terms and condition, for the loan process to continue.
