[ItsAllAboutMeMan] Re: [Brew] The CashFlow Pattern of the POOR, MIDDLE CLASS AND THE RICH

this is really a bunch of nonsense, you know?  The poor and middle class are not charactorized by a lack of financial education, they are charactorized by a lack of financial resources and opportunity.

Everything is stacked in the favor of the wealthy accumulating more wealth, because they own the production and regulation parts of the economy.

The same guy who looks like a genius when his rich looks like an idiot when he's poor.  Stripped of his mechanisms of control, he's no smarter or better educated, or better able to predict and control his economic circumstances than his peers. Take it from me, I've been in both positions.

We need systematic reform, not more rich parasites exploiting the productive sectors of the economy.

What Is Your Cashflow Pattern?

In order to understand the three basic cash flow patterns, you must first understand the
difference between
Assets and Liabilities.

An asset is something that will put money in your pocket every month. An example of this is a business or investment that will give a continues Cashflow in your pocket.

A liability is something that will take money out of your pocket every month. This idea also touches on the difference between earned income and passive income...

Cashflow Pattern of the Poor

A poor pattern is characterized by a lack of financial education. In this section people only know to work for money, so the focus in this section is on earned income (working for money).

At this point income is usually small, and there is very little control over expenses. Earned income flows in, and flows entirely
back out to short term expenses.

Cashflow Pattern of the Middle Class

In the middle class pattern there is also a lack of financial education. The middle class try to improve their financial position by focusing more aggressively on their earned income. Unfortunately, money does not make you rich.

Their income is usually a little bigger, and they have leaned to control expenses that are needless or excessive. Earned income flows in, and flows back out to expenses and long term liabilities (such as a car or home). Not knowing what else to do, anything left over is usually parked in a portfolio
for retirement.

Cashflow Pattern of the Wealthy

A wealthy pattern is established through a journey of financial education. Wealthy individuals build and manage systems that produce their income for them. These systems are all assets.

Expenses and liabilities are controlled, and excess cash is used to establish additional
assets.

The smaller systems figured out and used in the beginning are improved upon and used to finance the next, bigger deals. In this way people with a wealthy pattern have money work for them and aggressively increase their wealth.

Start to improve your Cashflow pattern, its time to invest for your Financial Education.

[ItsAllAboutMeMan] Fwd: [OBSCURE60sBANDS] mr.dream is selling 45's on eBay again! WITH SOUND !

I thought that sound was generally the defining feature of 45s... I glanced at the auction, and didn't get any further clues.

I know they put out a (joke) album of Marcel Marceau, maybe he had a string of singles, too....
