[ITSALLABOUTMEMAN] Re: Ask ICC to prosecute US war crimes

did you only just now discover that the US is committing war crimes, when Obama has been at it for 8 years?  Now you want justice when the tormentor-in-chief is almost out of office?  and you are more worried about the war crimes that Trump MAY commit in the future than the ones Obama has already committed?

You neoliberals make me sick.

Don't worry about prosecutiing another African, Trump was wrong about that.  He's not Kenyan, he's American, so throw the book at him, he deserves it.

While the United States has not joined the International Criminal Court, the ICC can prosecute U.S. crimes that occur in its member states, such as Afghanistan. The ICC has released a preliminary report on U.S. crimes there.

Thus far, the ICC has only ever indicted Africans, a trend that is leading African states to pull out of the ICC.

Click here to sign a petition we will deliver to Fatou Bensouda, Prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, which reads in full:

We encourage you to also prosecute war crimes by non-Africans including by U.S. war criminals.

The ICC is degrading rather than enhancing the idea of international justice by giving a free pass to Western war makers. The United States has itself given a free pass to its war makers, kidnappers, torturers, and assassins. The U.S. president-elect and his advisors openly plan to violate laws against war, torture, and the targeting of civilians.

The people of the United States and the world need the ICC to fulfill its mission and step in where domestic justice has failed.
