In this episode, we Q & A with Joanne Farben, musician and artist.Jo discusses the challenges of running an art gallery in Switzerland, and how she used that experience to launch her own studio in Ypsilanti. We also talk to her about the future of art and art education.

We discuss the pros and cons of using a website to sell your product and how to make sure that your website is relevant to your target audience. We also look at some of the ways to use social media to get your message out there.
Matt Love: Do you think that it would be better for marketing to focus on the most important part of the sales process, the customer, rather than the quantity of sales. And they explain why we should all become "customer advocates."
Joanne: And advocate for our customers. Plus we talk about the importance of building a relationship with your customers, and why you should never be afraid to ask for their feedback. Does that help Matt?
Matt: Yes, it does.
Jo: So, do you think that's what we're all doing? Are we really helping people? And what can we do to make it easier for our customers
Matt: That definitely helps.
Jo: Yes, absolutely. You know, the most important thing is, you know we're all human beings. We all have different personalities. It's very hard to fit everybody into one single box
